Once you have set up your class schedule you will need to set up the workout program in correlation to the classes.
From the Dashboard select Coaching > Workout Management. This will take you to a page which displays all the workout programs previously added.
To add a new workout, select + Create Workout Program from the top right-hand side of the Workout management page.
Upon selecting + Create Workout Program, the Program Information form will be displayed. Begin by filling out the Program Title which will need to be unique for each workout program. The program will be associated to a Class which has previously been defined in the Coaching > Classes page. The Start date for the program can be selected from todays date to somewhere in the future with the days of the week which the program will run and the duration of the program (in weeks). The Program Focus can be selected from one or more of the preset focus or by adding in a customised focus through + Add Focus Area.
Select Next to customize the program.
The Program Training page will allow you to define the training program for each day within each week of the program. There are three possible selections; Custom Section, Favourites, and Benchmarks.
Custom Section allows you to fully customize a new training program. To do this a separate module, Workout Programming Deep Dive, has been created to take you through the specifics of customizing a training program.
All the standard benchmarks have been added into Benchmarks, to create your own go to Administration > Configuration and add it in as a Favorite. Workout Programming Deep Dive will go further into creating a customized benchmark as a Favorite.
The Favorites and Benchmarks can be selected through a dropdown list depending on which training program is required for that day.
After selecting either preset training programs from either Favorites and/or Benchmarks, select Next to Review and Save the workout program.
Review the training program which has just been made. If satisfied with the program, select Save otherwise select Back and make required changes.
After selecting Save on the workout program you will be redirected to the workout management page which lists all of the training programs which have been made. To edit any of the Workout Programs, select the pencil icon in the right-hand column.
