For any billing issues it is best to discuss it first with your gym administrator for them to review the product and membership set up.

After they checked and everything was set up correctly on the admin portal side, they will have to open a ticket or reach out to support@fitboxcorp.com for the fitbox team to investigate.

fitbox support will then get back to the admin or member with the result and resolution.
