Occasionally you may need to cancel an upcoming or in progress Suspension where a member changes their plans. To do so follow the steps below.
Cancelling Upcoming Suspensions:
For any Suspensions in the future, you can cancel by selecting the pause w/ strikethrough button against that subscription.
After the Suspension is cancelled, you'll no longer see the option to cancel the suspension.
Cancelling in progress Suspensions:
For a Suspension that is currently in progress i.e. the Suspension appears in the Suspension tab under Subscriptions, you can cancel by selecting the pause w/ strikethrough button against that subscription.
When selected, the Subscription will move back to Active status so that the Member can book into Sessions. The next billing date and amount for this member will remain as per the settings of the Suspension. To bill the member an increased amount (as opposed to the Suspension settings) update the next billing amount on the Subscription Details for that member.
