The payment surcharge rules change on 1 October 2026.

We've had lots of questions about what gyms need to change, so we're making this as simple as possible:

We'll handle the fitbox changes for you (if you want)

If you currently pass transaction fees on to your members, all you need to do is:

1. Complete this short form - https://api.fitbox.iq/widget/survey/i8M0ctIHM2Sd9H74pu1h...
2. Tell us how you'd like your prices adjusted
3. We'll make the changes for you on 30 September
