Fitbox allows the creation of Child Accounts for families so that booking can be controlled by a single Parent account. With Child Accounts, a Parent can book classes for their Child without needing to log out and into multiple fitbox accounts on app.
To create a child account, navigate to the User screen under Administration, then find or create the Parent user. At the end of this User record, click the Add Child button to create a child Account.
Complete the required information to Create the account:
Note: an email address is not required to create a Child Account. fitbox IQ will assign an email ID to the child if this is not entered - this email address is for system User identification only, and does not create an email account for the Child.
Once created, the Child Account will appear in the User list, with their Parent’s account italicized in the record. Parent Accounts may have multiple Child accounts attached.
From the App, A child icon will appear on the Home Page.
After clicking the child icon, the parent will need to select which child to book.
