How do groups work?
Groups link membership products to classes. If a class has a group, only members with a product that includes the same group can book.
To set one up, go to Administration → Configuration → Manage Groups, click Create a Group, then simply name the group and save.
Don't forget to add the group to both the relevant products and classes — only members with that product will now be able to access the class.
Visibility settings
Within the class settings there are also visibility settings that work together with groups. You can make your class:
- Full View - All members can see the class and workout. Only members with a relevant subscription (i.e. their membership has the right group) can book.
- Limited (default setting) - All members can see the class details, but only members with the relevant subscription can view the workout and book.
- Subscribed - Only members with a relevant subscription can see the class
Finally, is "Buy Now" is selected, members without a relevant membership for that class will have "Buy" on the button (instead of the normal "Book"). When they press the button, it will show memberships that give them access. If "Buy Now" isn't selected, the member will see the message "Not included in your membership" instead of the book button.
