Issue 1: Members Not Appearing in the POS Site

Problem:
You’re logged into the POS site but cannot see your gym’s members listed when trying to process a sale.

Solution:
You can still proceed with the order by doing the following:

  1. Add the product to the cart.

  2. Click “Pay”.

  3. Choose “Fitbox Account” as the payment method.

  4. A list of customers will appear—select the correct customer from the dropdown list.
